John Hagan in AARP's "A Decade in the War that Changed Everything"

Co-author, John Hagan was recently featured in the AARP Magazine's April/May issue! The name of the article which featured Hagan is "Vietnam 1965-1975- The War That Changed Everything. John Hagan returned to the United States in 1977 and is now a professor of sociology and law at Northwestern University. See below for a quote from the article.

I left for Canada in August, the same month as Woodstock. There were 50,000 war resisters in Canada. Most ended up in Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver. About half of them are still up there. None of us had many regrets. As the war rolled on, we knew we were in the right place."
