Last Plane Out of Saigon has made its debut in the Texas Exes publication Alcalde! Author Richard Pena is a longhorn alum for both his undergraduate degree and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence. The Alumni Authors section in the Alcalde is designated to celebrate Authors who bleed orange. Pena’s book made it into this latest issue among other Texas Exes with recently published books.
